Enrollment confirms acceptance of course terms. Certificates issued on successful completion are digital and, where applicable, mailed upon request. Course access periods and requirements are listed on each program page.

Fees are listed per course. Payments processed securely; taxes applied where required. Additional materials may incur fees noted in course descriptions. Refund windows and chargeback policy in section Refunds & Cancellation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Discoveryspace's liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Refunds & Cancellation — Canadian consumer rights

Under Canadian consumer protection frameworks, you may have the right to cancel certain purchases and request refunds. Below are our standard terms; specific provincial rules may apply.

  • General: Requests within 14 days of purchase for online courses may qualify for a full refund if course content not accessed beyond preview materials.
  • Workshops & in-person: Cancellations less than 7 days before event may incur a 50% fee unless otherwise agreed.
  • Exceptions: Customized services and downloadable material are non-refundable once accessed.
